Now that the baseball season has been over for a couple of weeks, and we’ve all had time to come to terms with our grief over the Rangers collapse, it’s time for the healing process to begin. Although I won’t have especially fond memories of the season, I wanted a nice memento of the 3 year run the Rangers have had. Don’t get me wrong, I don’t at all think the run is over and firmly believe the Rangers will be back in the thick of it next year (and may actually be even better, with or without Hamilton). Anyway, I won this off eBay at a pretty great price:
Three of my favorite Rangers on one card, with jersey relics. It’s also numbered 27/27 which doesn’t matter much to me, other than my birthday falls on the 27th (not this month).
